  • Can I return or refund a product that I've preordered?
    Unfortunately, preordered items are non-returnable and non-refundable. Please review the product details and specifications carefully before placing a preorder.

    You don't have to worry about tracking, we will ship it as soon as possible. Once shipped you can track your product.
  • When will I receive my preordered item?
    The estimated delivery date for preordered items is mentioned on the product page. Please note that this is an estimate, and actual delivery dates may vary. Any delays will be communicated to customers promptly.
  • Can I change the shipping address for my preordered item?
    Shipping addresses for preordered items cannot be changed once the order is confirmed. Please ensure the accuracy of your shipping information before placing the preorder.
